Whats wrong with this picture?

Well, the main thing that's wrong is that the amusing story behind it is missing.

Mac PowerBook. Running a Windows XP Virtual PC image in order to get access to RDP in order to access a Windows server.

Awesome.

(Oh, and there's more to the story than that, mainly that the owner thought something was broken with it, hence why someone was asked to look at it - it ended up that the server he was trying to RDP to was down. Who was the admin of that server? He was.)

Indeed, the keyboard layout is German:

I'd never seen a German keyboard before, but I've had to use a French keyboard before when I was working in London and it wasn't a pleasant experience. Ironically I found it easier to use than a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard, but hey thats me.

Ergonomic my ass !! They have to be the biggest piece of marketing bollix ever !

Anyway why do the German's have a different layout ? I guess it's something to do with the greater occurance of different letters in there words than ours ?? Odd though as the qwerty layout is designed to slow typing down, so why change it for different languages (assuming the same character set that is)
