Best practices for large Lotus Notes mail files - probably only useful for larger organisations with a lot of those "I'm so important, those quotas don't apply to
ME do they" type people. Still, there's some interesting stats there about ratios of documents in the inbox VS total documents and indexing which might interest some people..
..ie, people who didn't work out most of them as being common sense.
