First off, I don't think I've said this before, so I'll say it now - the Partnerworld software download site is really horrible to use, and what's worse is that it seems to have changed recently so now you need to login even more than you did previously. Bleh. The thing is so clunky and it's been driving me insane today while trying to download 2 files. Anyway..
The title of this entry is somewhat boring, but that's basically whats about to follow. Today I took some time out to catch up with some of the Notes/Domino weblogs out there, some new, some old, and some redesigned. I started from Bruce Elgorts site, and then spun off all over the place using his Blogroll as a guide.
From Chris Linfoot - This site always has some great info about spam and viruses, and more importantly techniques to combat them using Domino. I'm about to implement some anti virus / anti spam measures on a Domino server which sits on a Linux box. One of the options we were looking at is Trend Scanmail, and it was nice to see that Chris also recommends Trend ScanMail for Lotus Notes version 2.6 with eManager. Also, how to setup and test DNSBLs in Domino 6.x.
Eriks Linkblog - an interesting concept, and something I'd like to include in the new redesign of my site.
From SwapCode - the dccTagtemplate, a very interesting looking project which is freely downloadable. In his own words: This project, which is still under development, will give developers the ability to create XHTML standard web sites like this site. As well as produce text based content in a variety of other forms. The demonstration site is built using a Domino database which is the core of the project.
CSS Discuss Wiki - The css-discuss Wiki is a companion to the CssDiscussList mailing list. Among other things the wiki serves as a collective long term memory for the list participants.
From Joe Littons website - Joes WebQuerySave agent for calculating proper dates for your RSS feeds when saving postings. Very handy as although mine used to validate, they suddenly broke one day ages ago and the thought of fixing them has just bored me to tears.
From Dominoguru - Lotus Notes Client URLs - for those who havent seen this before, it can be quite a handy thing to integrate into your Intranet environment.
